Terry C Design Services has used Chief Architect, a state of the art, residential specific architectural design program since 1996. We virtually build the structure onscreen. 3D rendering and vector cameras enable viewing a virtual house as if under construction. As the plan progresses, costly errors or complications that might otherwise be experienced in the field are substantially reduced or eliminated. This results in more efficient use of materials and labor.
For marketing purposes, these 3D utilities will create photo-realistic render views and floor plan overviews at a fraction of the time and cost of traditional ink artistry.
