Not only does color play on people’s emotions & bring a ROI to the community. The paint base & sheen are just as important to the Owner. The grade & quality of the chemicals of paint needs to be matched to the applied substrate. The days of slapping paint up to make it pretty are over, there are more behind the scenes that take place when designing.
In order to “see” the color there needs to be depth, this is achieved by having the correct mix of base & color to the substrate.
The picture above only gives you a glimpse of the depth of color, to see this in person will show you how getting the correct mix works. Since the colors have gone up, the owner has had an increase in drive by traffic, increased occupancy & rent. Residents are adding to the neighborhood feel by decorating their balconies & planting flowers.
